With its popular origins, the tea towel has become a constant presence in the kitchens: at the beginning it was made from the leftover fabrics of the flour sacks, then embellished with embroideries, to more modern and contemporary versions. Our latest Gea combines a familiar, rough and simple flavor thanks to the “batavia” weave of white linen with a current design vision of the graphic insertion and asymmetrical multi-coloured stripes. Gea references the origins of domestic textiles, blending white batavia linen with multicolored asymmetrical stripes. Woven in Italy using yarn-dyed linen, durable and highly absorbent.
