Chiarastella Cattana x Vica by Annabelle Selldorf

Chiarastella Cattana x Vica by Annabelle Selldorf

On the occasion of Salone del Mobile 2025, within the space of Sofia Zevi, we collaborated with Vica, the furniture line founded by Annabelle Selldorf’s grandmother in postwar Cologne and later revitalized by Selldorf herself. A German architect based in New York, Selldorf is known for her understated approach to form, material, and space, and has recently completed major renovations for the Frick Collection and the Sainsbury Wing of the National Gallery.

We collaborated with Vica by Annabelle Selldorf to upholster two armchairs in our 100% LINO, piece-dyed and calendered to achieve a vibrant surface.

The collaboration extends a shared approach to design as a total practice, where material, color, and form are not decorative layers, but structural components of a common language.
