each order is identified by a unique code (order number) which contains the date of the order and the details of the goods ordered. Individual, total and shipping prices are indicated in Euros VAT included, for non-European shipments the VAT will be removed at the check-out.
We ship orders via DHL. The courier do not count Saturday and Sunday as delivery days. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for customs delays, taxes and duties. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with tracking number once your order has been successfully transmitted.
Shipping rates are generated during the check-out process. We are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance.
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
shipping costs for standard deliveries are:
Italy: from € 15 to € 30 place in 1-3 working days;
Europe: from € 25 to € 50 place in 3-5 working days;
USA and Canada: from € 40 to € 120 place in 5-10 days;
Rest of the world: from € 60 place in 10-14 days;
we will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred from importing goods. All international packages outside the EU may be subject to duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance are paid by the customer. We cannot cancel orders on the basis of unforseen duties or levies. Please check your local customs website for more information.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR UK DELIVERIES
According to the new Brexit regulations in force after 1 January 2021, orders within approximately € 152 will be subject to 20% VAT. As is still not clear how to reimburse the tax to UK government, we will cancel these orders. We accept only orders over approximately € 152 and the VAT will be excluded.
we do our best to have the inventory updated at all times but item availability is not guaranteed. If any items you purchased is sold out we will email you and the amount will be credited back to you by the same payment method of the purchase order.
In case the product is about to return to stock, you will be notified of the possible shipping window.
STATEMENT ON COLOURS
actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor.
in general, we do not accept returns as each product is handcrafted with care. Returns has also terrible implications for the environment. Shipping things back and forth creates needless greenhouse gas emissions.
We accept returns only if there is any mistakes from our side in terms of colours, sizes, obvious defects in the fabric. For all these reasons please carefully consider your choices when you decide to place your order; we are available for any questions, clarifications or help in your choices. You can let us know about any problems or mistakes in delivery within 14 days from when the goods are received, by sending us an email to email@example.com either by writing us on the Contact Form. Otherwise, you can call us at +39 041 5224369 from Monday to Saturday (11.00 - 18.00).
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Kindly ensure your return shipment is carefully packaged to guarantee its safe return. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping, and we will not exchange or offer store credit on items that are returned in what we deem to be damaged or unsaleable condition.
Returns from overseas: all paperwork and the outside of the return box/envelope must be clearly marked as “returned goods - no commercial value” to ensure the order is returned to us swiftly with no extra charges. Once we received the returned goods we will refund you by the same payment method of the purchase order.
